Tuition and Fees

At Hill City Kids, we strive to provide families with clear and transparent tuition information. The following rates will go into effect August 24, 2026.

Early Childhood & Elementary Programs

Tuition Policies

  • Tuition payments are due every other week, beginning August 24, 2026.

  • Tuition rates are not adjusted for observed holidays or planned school closures listed on the school calendar.

  • Tuition payments are not reduced or refunded due to absences related to illness, vacation, or other scheduled or unscheduled time away from school.

  • Tuition will not be reduced if the school closes due to inclement weather, loss of electricity, loss of water, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Late Tuition Charges

  • Tuition payments must be received according to the scheduled payment schedule.

  • Accounts with past-due tuition payments will be subject to a $25.00 late fee.

  • If a tuition payment remains unpaid for more than 10 days, families may be required to withdraw their child from the program.

Late Pick-Up Policy

Children must be picked up by 5:30 P.M. each day.

  • if a child has not been picked up by 5:30 P.M., Hill City Day School will first attempt to contact the child’s parent/guardian.

  • If the parent/guardian cannot be reached, the listed emergency contacts will be contacted.

  • A $25.00 late pick-up fee may be charged for any child picked up after 5:30 P.M.

Withdrawal Policy

Families planning to withdraw their child from Hill City School must provide four weeks written notice prior to the child’s last day.

  • If the required notice is not provided, families will be responsible for four additional weeks of tuition.

Enrollment Requirements

To maintain a sale and supportive learning environment, Hill City Day School reserves the right to request withdrawal of a child due to behavioral incompatibility with no advance notice.

A completed comprehensive health form is required before a child may attend Hill City Day School.
